*Albatross: (Downtown Area) Enjoy this old-fashioned drive-in hamburger stand with ice cream sundaes, etc. Opening Memorial Weekend Sun. through Mon. 11am-6pm & open daily 11am-10pm beginning first Fri. in June. (next door to the Dor Cros) WI-FI MC/V/DV
*Bitter’s Pub & Restaurant: (Uptown Area) Lunch 11:30am - pm daily in the Tavern. Weekend Dinners (5 pm - 8 pm) begin 2nd Friday in May, Lunch & Dinner daily in the restaurant after Memorial Day. WI-FI. MC/V/DV
*Fiddler’s Green: (next to Farm Museum) An adventurers oasis with Art Gallery, Beer, Wine & Appetizer Bar. Enjoy the atmosphere of this cozy Irish pub setting. Unique Wisconsin & Island created gifts. Beginning the third Fri. in May Tues. - Thurs. 10am - 10pm Fri - Sat. 7am - 12pm or until the fun stops. *Jackson Harbor Soup: (By Rock Island Ferry) Open Memorial Wkd. Open 9am - 5pm. Closed on Tuesdays. Enjoy salads, awesome homemade soups, wraps & sandwiches as you look out over the crystal clear waters of Jackson Harbor. Kid’s Corner menu available. Local beer & wine available & sometimes local live music (call for times 920-847-2589). All with a very laid back...cozy feeling... interior. Providing some provisions for Rock Island campers too. *KK Fiske Restaurant: (Uptown Area) Open Tues - Sat. Lunch/Dinner Daily. 7am - 8pm. Beginning 2nd weekend in May open until 9PM Fri/Sat. Also The Granary is known for it‘s “Island Wheat” beer & “Death’s Door” Spirits made with organically grown ingredients right on Washington Island. Fish from the great lakes at it's finest. MC/V
*Red Cup Coffee House: (Downtown Area) Enjoy a cup of your favorite morning beverage while relaxing in this cozy coffee shop with it's beautiful hard wood floors & gas burning fireplace. Awesome hot breakfast sandwiches and bakery. Espresso, Lattes, Chai Teas, Smoothies & Iced Mochas. Browse the many works for sale by island artisans. From jewelry to clay pottery. Just a short 5 minute walk from The Dor Cros Inn. Sun. - Fri. 7am - 11am Sat. 7am - 3pm (closed in March).
*WIS-CO Washington Island Coffee: (Uptown) Warm & welcoming atmosphere. Great coffees, Espressos & Lattes like Honey & Brown Sugar Cinnamon. Delicious baked goods (apple & cheese danish, peanut bar bars, etc.). A customer referred to WIS-CO as the "Sweet tooth of the Island" with candy in bulk, homemade fudge & gelato. Sailor’s Pub: (Red Barn Park Area) Open first Thursday in May. If you have enjoyed the great food & service at the Danish Mill then this is a must stop. The owners of the Danish Mill are now offering dinner service. Dining over the protected waters of Detroit Harbor. Enjoy a sunset with window views from every seat or ask to be seated on the deck (weather permitting). The staff of Sailor’s Pub are sure to make your experience one you won’t soon forget. Sunset Resort: (Downtown Area) Currently only serving guests of the Sunset Resort. Stop in for breakfast. Currently only serving guests of Sunset Resort.
