Off-Season Rates: 
Begins May through Thursday, June 4rth (  $10 added to Fri./Sat. nights, special off-season events & Memorial weekend $10 added Thurs.5/21 thru Mon.5/25 nights ). Fri/Sat require a 2-night minimum. Full size cottage typically requires a minimum of 2 nights Sun-Sat. Anything less would be upon availability. Please call & we'd be happy to see what we could do. Peak-Season Rates:
begin Friday, June 5th through Labor Day, Monday, Sept 7th. Includes Columbus Day weekend ( Thurs. 10/08 thru Mon.10/12 ) & special events are included as well unless otherwise advertised. Labor Day weekend requires a minimum of 3 nights & Columbus Day requires a minimum of 2 nights. During our peak-season our studio style cabins with kitchen facilities require 2 night minimum Fri/Sat and our full-size cottage require a 2-night minimum Sun-Sat.
