Danish Mill: (Downtown Area). During August of 2017 the Island community & the owners of the Danish Mill suffered a huge loss with the fire that destroyed the restaurant. We are thankful no one was injured. The owners have decided to not reopen the restaurant. If you have enjoyed the great food & service at the Danish Mill then Sailor's Pub is a must stop. The owners of the Danish Mill are now offering dinner service.

Rock Island Ferry: (Jackson Harbor State Park Dock) Rock Island Ferry transports passengers to Rock Island State Park, a quiet 10 minute voyage. Leaves from Washington Island starting Memorial weekend 10:00 am, 1:00pm and 4:00pm, through June 29th & Sept. 4 through Oct. 8 , with extra trips Saturday and Sunday at 11:00am, 12:00,and 2:00pm.
